1. Why should I seal coat my driveway?

  • Asphalt wear and tear happens everyday; from rain, snow, sun, salt and vehicles. Seal coating your driveway will add life to your asphalt and keep your driveways appearance looking fresh and clean! The seal coat will keep any moisture from getting beneath the asphalt, which will prevent future cracking and erosion.

2. Why should I fill existing cracks during the sealcoating process?

  • We  recommend that we also fill any cracks in your driveway. Filling cracks will prevent the cracks from getting any wider. Leaving cracks open allow for water to get beneath the asphalt, causing further erosion.

3. How soon can I use my driveway or lot after it's sealed?

  • We recommend 48 house of not using your driveway after it has been sealcoated. If little sun has reached the driveway within 48 hours, then we recommend a max of 72 hours after your driveway has been sealcoated.

4. How often should you get your driveway or lot sealed?

  • A driveway or lot should be sealed at least every 2-3 years, depending on the condition of the driveway. By staying consistent with sealcoating, you are guaranteed an extended pavement life!
